Exbud Konstrukcje company, belonging to ANNA-BUD Capital Group, has purchased assets of Wytwórnia Konstrukcji Stalowych (Steel Structure Manufacturing Plant) located in Peryferyjna Street in Kielce together with cross-border business activities in Germany from Skanska S.A.. We have the same experienced white and blue-collar workers who have been transferred. The company continues and further develops achievements of its former owners, referring with the name to the beginnings of this organisation, which has been on the market for 40 years.

EXBUD Konstrukcje involves:

1.  Wytwórnia Konstrukcji Stalowych (Steel Structure Manufacturing Plant) in Kielce with modern equipment and machines. Steel structures being produced here are applied to construction industry and infrastructure. The annual manufacturing capacity is 12 000 tonnes of steel structures depending on types of projects being made.

2. The branch in Germany with its administrative and supporting functions in the cross-border provision of services of delegating the employees to work abroad. Orders are executed based on contract works in our clients locations in Germany under the supervision of experienced EXBUD Konstrukcje employees. Specialised parts of machinery and mechanical appliances, components for automotive industry, pressure tanks, crane telescopic booms and prefabricated elements.

• Certyfikate EN 1090 EXBUD Konstrukcje Sp. z o.o ENe of Conformity of the Factory Production Control in accordance with the EN 1090-2:2018 standard issued by TÜV RheinlandPoland. Certificate of Welding Process Evaluation in accordance with the EN ISO 3834-2:2005 issued by TÜV Rheinland Poland.
• Certificate of Competency for Bridge Steel Structures Renovation and Assembling in accordance with the applicable regulations and Polish standards issued by Road and Bridge Research Institute in Warsaw.
• Certificate of Competence for Bridge Steel Structures Testing in accordance with the applicable regulations and Polish standards issued by Road and Bridge Research Institute in Warsaw.
• Certificate of Competence to the First Group of Large Enterprises with the PN-M-69009 standard issued by the Welding Institute in Gliwice.
• Certificate of Welding Competence in accordance with the EN 1090-2:2018 issued by TÜV Rheinland Poland.
• Certificate for STEELGUARD system installation in accordance with ETA 14/0115, ETA 15/0053, ETA 15/0439, ETA 15/0524, ETA 16/0011, AT 15-8391/2015 issued by PPG Coatings Poland Ltd.
